Some designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink; during such periods, specialized carriers must be chosen, and shipping schedules may adjust accordingly. Print heads for air orders are shipped with the machine, while sea orders are determined by customer requirements. Due to the complex marine environment, separate DHL shipping for print heads is recommended to avoid damage.
We assist customers with insurance claim processes if the machine is damaged during transportation. Please note that damage caused by improper operation is not covered under warranty. We provide a year-round warranty service (excluding the ink system and print heads). Customers can enjoy machine exchange options within 5 days after payment under specific conditions.
