Features specialized dual-mode coating modules for complex structures like rounded corners of liners and grill rack gaps. Utilizing servo-driven roller coating and electrostatic technology to achieve a qualification rate exceeding 99.6%.
Utilizes 1260℃ high-alumina refractory bricks and flue gas waste heat recovery (utilization rate ≥72%). Reduces heat loss by 40% compared to traditional equipment. Integrated oil-water separation technology reduces degreasing agent consumption by 50%.

Each functional module is independent. Capacity can be increased by adding enameling units without replacing the entire line, extending equipment lifespan and reducing upgrade costs.

Robotic loading/unloading for "one-piece flow" production. Resulting enamel layers offer outstanding impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance (Adhesion ≥5N/cm, ASTM D3359).
