The Package Impact Drop Testing Machine is designed to measure the dropping impact incidence during use, transportation, and decoration. In addition to precision plane drop testing, it performs edge and angle tests to provide a comprehensive performance evaluation for packaging.
This equipment simulates the free fall of finished products to evaluate potential damage during handling or transport. It is capable of testing all rhombohedrons, angles, and faces of the test specimen.
How Motorised Pneumatic Drop Testing Works:
Equipped with a motorised arrangement to lift a single wing structure, the pneumatic system operates the wing for release. Using a wired remote control, operators can test corrugated cartons in three ways: edge-wise, corner-wise, and flat surface. Once dropped from a specified height, the effect of the free fall is visualized to assess durability.
This motorized drop test machine reaches a maximum height of 2000mm. By assessing how materials withstand falls from specific heights, manufacturers can improve material quality and ensure products are delivered safely to customers.
