PVC Roof Tile Extrusion Line / PVC Corrugated Sheet Line

This production line adopts advanced techniques to continuously extrude single-layer or multi-layer glazed tiles (PVC/PMMA/ASA). The unit includes a twin conical screw extruder, forming machine, tractor, and cutting machine. It offers high efficiency, steady molding performance, and high automation for producing weather-resistant UPVC plastic cement wave plates.

How to process the payment?
30% of the total amount paid by TT as advance. After production is finished, the buyer tests the machine at our factory, followed by the 70% balance via TT or irrevocable L/C at sight.
What is the delivery time?
Standard machines take approximately 30 days. Non-standard or customized machines take approximately 45 days.
Do you arrange shipment?
Yes, for FOB or CIF price terms, we will arrange the shipment for you.
What documents are provided after shipment?
We send all original documents via DHL, including the Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, and other certificates required by the client.
What is the scope of your warranty?
We provide a one-year guarantee for repairs, replacements, or refunds for substandard products (excepting damage from wrong operation). Electric parts are covered for half a year.
How is the debugging handled?
We can send technicians to the buyer's plant for debugging. The buyer covers travel expenses, board, and a daily salary for each technician.
