Product Description

The PVC sheet production line adopts advanced production techniques from both domestic and international sources. It can continuously extrude single-layer PVC glaze tiles or PVC/PMMA/ASA composite multi-layer glazed tiles. The unit is comprised of a twin conical screw extruder and corresponding wave plate forming machine, tractor, and cutting machine.

This line is designed for continuously producing structural weather-resistant UPVC color block plastic wave plates. It features steady molding performance, tight structure, and high automation degree, offering advantages like high production efficiency, convenient operation, and a long lifespan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the payment processed?

30% advance payment via TT to start production. After machine completion, the buyer tests the machine at the factory, followed by the remaining 70% balance via TT or irrevocable L/C at sight before shipment.

What is the expected delivery time?

Standard machines usually take 30 days. For non-standard or customized machines based on specific requirements, the delivery time is approximately 45 days.

Do you arrange shipment for the equipment?

Yes, for FOB or CIF price terms, we will arrange the shipment for you to your designated port.

What documents are provided after shipment?

We send all original documents via DHL, including the Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading (B/L), and other certificates required by the client.

What does the machine warranty cover?

We provide a one-year warranty for the machine and 6 months for electric parts. We guarantee the material of the screw and barrel against normal wear and tear.

How is the debugging handled?

One or two technicians can be sent to the buyer's plant for debugging and training. The buyer covers travel, lodging, and a daily service fee per person.
