The UV DOD inkjet system adopts industrial piezoelectric on-demand inkjet technology, significantly improving production speed and spray printing quality. Equipped with industrial high-resolution and high-speed DOD piezoelectric print heads, this system meets the increasing and rigorous demands for applications like mailings, barcodes, bills, checks, packages, and marking.
Suitable for web printing, sheet-fed, and both online and offline target printing. Its modular design allows for easy integration into existing transport systems, creating more value-added opportunities.
The Printer Control Software (PCS) offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor status, and set options such as amplitude, pulse width of jetting waveforms, and temperature for each print head.
Variable Data Support: Supports text, dates, times, graphics, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, and database photo images. Compatible with .CSV, .XLS, .XLSX, .TXT and PDF files.
